JP Knit & Stitch offers both monthly, recurring knitting classes as well as project or technique specific workshops. Our monthly, recurring knitting class is called Knitting 101 and is appropriate for the very beginning knitter as well as for the more experienced knitter looking for guided help with specific projects. Our Knitting 101 classes are designed to accommodate you where you are in your knitting and to offer a supportive environment to help you develop your skills as a knitter. You can sign up for a monthly session (2 hours a week/four weeks of instruction) that meets on Wednesday mornings, Wednesday evenings, Saturday afternoons, or Sunday afternoons. We also host a Drop In Intermediate Workshop on Thursday evenings every week. Read more about these and all of our other class and workshop offerings below. Don’t see what you’re looking for? We also offer private lessons with our excellent teachers. Private lessons are $40 per hour and can help you learn a new skill or work on a specific project. To schedule a lesson, contact us with your availability and what you’d like to learn or work on. We’ll put you in touch with just the right teacher, who will schedule a lesson at a time that works for both of you.
