JP Knit & Stitch offers sewing classes for all levels in our sewing studio in the shop. Students are welcome to bring their own machines to use during class. Sewing classes are limited to six students. JPK&S offers beginning sewing classes every month (1 Day Workshop: Learn to Sew Crash Course!; Beginning Sewing Tote Bag + Zippered Pouch; Beginning Quilting + Learn to sew) as well as embroidery, techniques, alterations, and intermediate workshops around a specific pattern. Please see below for details on individual class offerings. We are adding new classes all the time, so check back often! Please review our class cancellation policy HERE.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? We also offer private lessons with our excellent teachers. Private lessons are $40 per hour and can help you learn a new skill or work on a specific project. To schedule a lesson, contact us with your availability and what you’d like to learn or work on. We’ll put you in touch with just the right teacher, who will schedule a lesson at a time that works for both of you.
