Springy New Yarns!

With warmer weather just around the corner, we decided to add some new and new-to-us yarns this spring!

Berroco Remix is an aran/worsted weight blend of nylon, cotton, acrylic, and silk. This yarn is a fantastic value, and perfect for cozy–but not too hot–cardigans. We love the sea-swept colors and surprising softness of this yarn!

Berroco Modern Cotton is a worsted weight cotton and rayon blend. It’s machine washable, and perfect for projects for babies and kids, especially considering its bright-but-sophisticated palette.

Berroco Fuji is a DK weight blend of silk and cotton  with a bit of nylon and rayon. This yarn reminds us of a summery version of Fibre Comany’s Acadia: it’s tweedy and textured, yet sophisticated, crisp, and has a great drape.

Classic Elite Bella Lino is a DK/sport weight sister to Classic Elite Firefly, with gorgeous variegated stripes of color. This linen, rayon, and cotton blend feels crisp–almost crunchy–in the ball, but softens as you knit, wash, and wear it into gorgeous, drapey goodness.

We’ll still carry our favorite classic spring and summer yarns, like Blue Sky Alpaca Worsted Cotton, Spud & Chloe Sweater, and, of course, Classic Elite Firefly. Plus we’ll be rolling out samples soon to show off that fabulous fiber, wool, and how to work with it when the weather gets warmer.
