Aito is an asymmetrical shawl that plays with different shades of brown. The beautiful fade is achieved by using a color changing method called split splicing.
Gauge: 16.5 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in garter stitch, after blocking
Finished Measurements: Length: 59” (150 cm) / Width: 51” (130 cm)
Materials Used: 6 colors of yarn in a gradient or 1 color - you need between 790 - 820 yards
Needle Size: US 7 (4.5 mm), 40” (100 cm) circular needles
