Many people have asked how I came to purchase JP Knit & Stitch. Was I a long time customer? Had I lived in JP? Have you been knitting all your life? The answer to almost every question people have asked about how I came to purchase JPKS is usually “No”.
I wish I could say that it was a well thought out, calculated and planned goal……
But No….it wasn’t.
I had been searching for more balance in my life. I had left a 15 year career in finance to stay home with my kids. After being home for almost 3 years, I began to get restless. I felt like I was losing “Me”.
Right when I thought I was going to lose my mind and go back to my “old world”, as I liked to call it, I got my monthly newsletter from JP Knit & Stitch, saying that the shop was for sale.
I had been on a journey to fill my life with more creativity and balance. It was like someone was looking down on me.......(more coming next week).
In other shop news, Cloud 9 has decided that they will no longer be producing yarns. While I completely understand their decision, I’m sad to see such beautiful yarns go. As a result, all of our Cloud 9 yarns are 30% off and have been added to the sale section.
